hey..nice collection of information, very helpful. Answering the questions of the interviewer is not enough , you should also ask logical questions to him , this is very important . You have listed nice questions which should not be asked . I would like to add one more-never ask that can I change my schedule if I get the job .

I would not recommend Goodwill! They say that they support people with disabilities, but they do not. They don’t care about us!
